AVS maintains fully-equipped facilities for certified mechanical and environmental testing/quality assurance to assure consistent product safety and reliability. Test categories include humidity, high and low temperatures, salt spray, gun blast, immersion, and 202F/transportation tests IAW Mil-Std 810 and Def Stan 0035. Other testing capabilities include noise attenuation and cancellation, signal intelligibility, harmonic distortion, sensitivity/frequency response and magnetic strength. Process consistency is further assured by random in-line inspection and the latest state of the art audio testing equipment. Records are provided by Honeywell chart logging and report generation.
