AVS maintains a strong, highly experienced team of certified assemblers and wiring technicians to sustain high volume production rates with minimum down time. Skill sets include the hard wiring of individual components, internal PC board production, and custom cable assembly. Operations are supported by in-line inspection and sustaining engineering. Solderers are certified to ANSI-J-STD-001. Quality assurance procedures are ISO compliant in accordance with QMA-MIL-45208a. Final Inspection and test are governed by MIL-K-454 and IPC-10.
