• AVS Statement regarding COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers,

Accusonic Voice Systems has built our reputation by putting the safety and welfare of both our customers and employees at the forefront of everything we do. When a potential threat, such as the COVID-19 virus presents itself, we have a responsibility to act and we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our employees and our customers.

Our Approach

We are monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other government agencies to stay updated on the evolving situation.

Reducing Risk

According to the most recent guidance from the CDC, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be low for most people. However, in an effort to reduce the risk to our customers and employees we have taken the following steps to mitigate the potential spread of the virus:

1.  Our staff is required to engage in good hygiene by frequently washing their hands with soap and water throughout the day.
2.  Our facility is being cleaned regularly with better than normal cleaning supplies and we are taking all sanitary precautions on packing and shipping our products.
3.  Employees and customers are asked to stay home if they are not feeling well or show any signs of illness.

As a supplier to the Defense Industrial Base, Accusonic Voice Systems will remain open for our regularly scheduled hours unless instructed by local officials to do otherwise. If you have any special sales or service requests, please let us know.  We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s assessments of the outbreak. We will keep you and our employees informed of any changes or updates to our services.
